Privacy Policy and Terms
- Acceptance of Privacy Policy and Terms – I hereby confirm that I have read and fully agree with the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the event. By submitting my application, I acknowledge that all personal information provided will be managed in accordance with the organization’s privacy standards.
- Event Participation Acknowledgment – I understand and affirm that participation in the Cultural Diplomacy, Conflict Resolution & Global Peace Forum is entirely free of charge. Nevertheless, I recognize that the application fee is non-refundable and serves as a mandatory payment for the processing and evaluation of my application.
- Non-Refundable Application Fee – I acknowledge that the application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, not being selected for participation. This fee is strictly for the registration and consideration of my application. By consenting to this, I waive any right to dispute or request the return of the application fee at any time.
- Respect for Selection Process – If I am not selected as a delegate, I commit to respecting the decision of the organizing committee and the review team. I acknowledge that the selection process is conducted in a fair and transparent manner, and I will refrain from challenging the decision. However, I understand that applicants reserve the right to request a re-evaluation of their application if justified.
- Force Majeure and Event Modifications – I agree that the organizers retain the right to make modifications to the event program, format, or other elements in the event of force majeure circumstances or other substantial reasons. I recognize that such decisions will be made in the best interest of the event and its participants.
- Disputes and Rights Protection –I acknowledge that should I encounter any disputes in the future, I possess the right to formally defend my rights. The organizing committee is obligated to address my concerns at the highest level. I fully understand that making any derogatory or inappropriate remarks against the organization or its representatives may result in legal consequences under the laws of both my home country and Canada. I affirm that I will refrain from any actions that could undermine the reputation of the organization or its representatives across any media, social platforms, or other venues.
