Selected Participants for the "Digital Soft Power and Cultural Diplomacy in the Age of Algorithms Forum 2025"

The Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD) is pleased to announce the finalized list of selected participants for the Digital Soft Power and Cultural Diplomacy in the Age of Algorithms Forum 2025, taking place on October 6, 2025, at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, University of Toronto (Campbell Conference Facility).

This high-level forum will convene policymakers, scholars, digital strategists, and cultural actors to examine how technology and algorithms are reshaping soft power and cultural diplomacy in the digital era.


Important Notes:
 – The list of selected in-person participants has been published.
 – Those whose names are not included will still have the opportunity to participate online and will receive an official Certificate of Participation.
 – The names of online participants are not listed, as they will automatically receive their access link one week prior to the event.
– Invitation letters for in-person participants will be sent within the next three business days.
– The official program of the event will be shared one week before the forum.
– The forum will begin at 10:00 AM and conclude at 1:00 PM (Toronto time).
