Press Release:

Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD) II Cultural Diplomacy and Technology Forum April 25, 2026 | Delta Hotels by Marriott | Ottawa, Canada

The Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD) would like to thank all applicants who showed strong interest in the II Cultural Diplomacy and Technology Forum and submitted their application forms.

All applications were reviewed carefully, objectively, and fairly. All applicants will have the opportunity to participate in the project. The first 200 applicants who met the project criteria have been selected for in-person participation. Other applicants will participate online and will be eligible to receive an official certificate of participation.

Please note that if you submitted an application and your name does not appear on the in-person list, you are considered selected for online participation. You will receive an official email from our team within the next ten (10) business days. There is no need to send a separate email regarding this matter.

The selection process was not based on job title, country, or status. The selection was conducted using a balanced and inclusive approach to ensure representation from students, academic staff, diplomats, and professionals from various sectors, including engineering, IT, service industries, and other professional fields.

The same balance was maintained within the 30 funded positions. Funded participants include students, professors, diplomats, engineers, IT professionals, and other specialists. This approach ensures inclusivity, social impact, and fair access to opportunity.
