Selected Participants for the "Cultural Diplomacy, Conflict Resolution & Global Peace Forum"

Vancouver, Canada – March 15, 2025
The Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD) has carefully reviewed applications submitted for the “Cultural Diplomacy, Conflict Resolution & Global Peace Forum.” The forum will take place on May 31, 2025, in Surrey, British Columbia, at the Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott Bonvoy.

Due to the high number of applications and the significant interest in the project, only candidates who fully meet the selection criteria have been chosen. The list of selected participants has been published on our website.

This selection only includes applicants who submitted their applications by March 15, 2025. Since the application deadline has been extended to May 1, 2025, new applicants will receive a response exclusively via email in the coming days.

Selection Criteria

The selection process was based on the following key factors:

  1. Educational background and relevance to the forum’s theme
  2. Social media activity and public engagement
  3. Professional biography and past participation in similar events

The individuals listed are selected for in-person participation only. However, if any of the selected participants are unable to attend in person but wish to participate online, they will be allowed to do so. No additional email request is necessary. One week before the event, all participants will automatically receive an email from us containing the online participation link.

Online Participation Rights

All applicants whose names are not on the list of selected in-person participants automatically qualify as online participants. These individuals will:

✅ Have access to the forum online
✅ Receive an official certificate of participation
✅ Be considered as priority candidates for future projects

Important Information:
One week before the event, online participants will automatically receive an email from us with a link for online participation.

Fully Funded (Scholarship) Spots

The forum has allocated five fully funded spots for international participants. The selection process has been conducted with complete transparency, ensuring equal opportunities for all countries.

Note: The initial five fully funded spots have been awarded only to applicants who applied by March 15, 2025. An additional five fully funded spots will be available for those who apply by May 1, 2025. These scholarships will be awarded only to the highest-ranking candidates based on selection criteria.
