II Cultural Diplomacy and Technology
Forum
Technology connects cultures, reshapes diplomacy, and defines the future.
Organized by the Canadian Center for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD) with the sponsorship of Diplomatic Protocol and Event Management INC, the II Cultural Diplomacy and Technology Forum 2026 stands at the intersection of innovation and global dialogue.
The first edition, held successfully in Toronto from August 20–23, 2024, brought together young leaders, diplomats, and scholars from around the world — setting a strong foundation for global cooperation in the digital age. The upcoming forum in Ottawa – the diplomatic heart of Canada – continues this legacy, expanding the conversation on how technology shapes the future of cultural diplomacy.
The forum aims to explore how artificial intelligence, social media, and algorithmic systems influence global narratives and diplomacy, while promoting ethical, inclusive, and innovative digital engagement across cultures.
This forum is more than a discussion — it is an opportunity to connect globally, exchange ideas, and become part of the next generation shaping cultural diplomacy in the digital era.

– To analyze how digital platforms and algorithmic systems influence soft power and cultural narratives.
