Participation in the event is granted only upon completion of the application form and full payment of the participation fee. Once participation is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Non-Refundable Payment and Dispute Policy

All application fees and payments are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-disputable under any circumstances. By submitting this application, you explicitly acknowledge that you will not initiate any refund requests, disputes, or claims regarding the payment. CCCD is not responsible for refunding fees due to changes in personal circumstances, event modifications, or an inability to attend.

5. Event Modifications and Cancellations

CCCD reserves the right to modify the schedule and format of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, or organizational necessities. In such cases, the event may be rescheduled or adapted to a virtual format. Participants will be notified in advance of any such changes. These modifications do not qualify for a refund or transfer of the participation fee.

6. Intellectual Property and Media Consent

By attending this event, you grant CCCD permission to use collective photographs and video materials that capture the general atmosphere of the event for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. This does not include the unauthorized use of individual portraits or personal data. CCCD respects each participant’s privacy and will only use publicly taken group images from the event. Participants who do not wish to appear in photos or videos may notify CCCD in advance.

7. Code of Conduct and Liability Disclaimer

All participants are required to adhere to CCCD’s event guidelines and professional standards. CCCD holds no responsibility for any personal injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event. Participants attend at their own risk and agree not to hold CCCD, sponsors, or partners liable for any claims or disputes.
